By using PolorAI, you agree to the following terms. We provide AI-generated portrait services for professional and personal use.
1. Use of Service
You must provide accurate information and follow our image upload guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse service if uploaded content is offensive or violates our community standards.
2. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your original photos. PolorAI grants you a worldwide, perpetual license to use the generated portraits for any purpose.
3. Payments & Credits
All transactions are final. Credits purchased on PolorAI are non-refundable but do not expire as long as your account is active.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is our priority. We only use your photos to generate your portraits and do not sell your data to third parties.
1. Data Collection
We collect your email for account management and the photos you upload for processing. Original photos are deleted from our servers shortly after processing is complete.
2. Security
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data during transit and at rest.
Refund Policy
Due to the significant computing costs involved in AI generation, we generally do not offer refunds once the processing has started. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact support and we will provide free re-runs.
Fair Use Policy
To ensure the highest quality of service and availability for all our users, our "Unlimited" plan is subject to a fair use policy.
The Fair Use limit is set to 100 generations per month.
This limit is designed to prevent automated abuse and commercial resale. Most users will never reach this limit during normal professional use. If you require a higher volume for enterprise needs, please contact our support team.
